CE will not collect or monitor any personal information about you without your consent. Only information you provide CE with directly will be collected, such as identifying yourself when requesting information to be sent to you. The only personal information we collect is what you tell us about yourself. For example, when you book a service, we collect the details you provide to enable us to provide the service to you. When you answer questionnaires about our service and what you would like to see us do to improve our service, we keep this information so as to make improvements.

CE will not use or disclose any specific information about you without your consent, unless required by law. CE recognises the trust you place in us when you give us personal information. CE will regularly ask you questions to get a better understanding of what products & services would help you. From time to time we will send you relevant information emails regarding products and services. If you are receiving promotional information from CE and do not wish to receive this information any longer, please let us know by return email.

CE will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. In addition, CE employees and data processors are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by CE. However, CE will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.
Accessing, changing & deleting information we keep about you:
Your trust in CE is very important to us. If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information we are holding at any particular time, or to permanently delete personal information from our database, please request the information in writing and we will attend to your request immediately.

Occupational
Health & Safety Policy
Cardiff Electrical Pty Ltd (CE) is committed to ensuring the health, welfare, and safety at work of all its employees and other people entering its workplace.
CE will achieve this by adopting an ‘OHS Risk Management’ (OHSRM) approach, as follows:
- Management will demonstrate active leadership, resource allocation, and commitment to the integration of OHSRM into the business operations
- Management will consult with staff, via agreed mechanism, to enable them to contribute to the making of decisions affecting health, welfare, and safety at work
- Management will provide information, instruction, training, and supervision, as may be necessary to ensure employees; health and safety at work
- Appropriate management information systems will be maintained as a record of the business OHSRM activities, and
- In consultation with staff, management will actively identify, assess, and control (including monitoring the effectiveness of control measures) any foreseeable workplace hazards that have the potential to harm CE employees or other people entering CE workplace and work sites.
CE Employees at all levels will be actively involved in the health and safety within their workplace. As a demonstration of this involvement, all employees are expected:
- To take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others in the workplace
- To cooperate with management in their initiatives to ensure health, welfare and safety of people in the workplace
- Not to intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of health, welfare, and safety
- Be actively involved in hazard identification, risk control and consultation, and
- Failure to comply with the OHSRM and OH&S Legislation will result in disciplinary action.
This policy applies to all Cardiff Electrical Pty Ltd (CE) employees.

Environmental Policy
Cardiff Electrical Pty Ltd recognises the importance of maintaining and enhancing the quality of the environment for the benefit of our customers, employees and the community as a whole.
Our commitment is to deliver our projects and services in an environmentally responsible manner.
Specifically, Cardiff Electrical Pty Ltd is committed to:
- Complying with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations, codes of practice and contractual conditions
- Preventing pollution of the environment by activities over which the organisation has control
- Conducting business with suppliers who also have a commitment to responsible environmental management, and
- Continually improving our environmental management performance by regular reviews of the organisation’s policies and setting realistic environmental objectives and targets.
To achieve the policy goals the organisation will plan and manage the conduction of activities in accordance with best practice environmental management principles.
Compliance with this Policy is mandatory for all employees and contractors and is a condition of employment and contract.
Through training, education and the provision of information, all employees and contractors will be assisted to meet the objectives of this Policy.
